Support Local and Diverse Bookstores
- Local Bookstores
- Storyhouse Bookpub: Female-owned and operated bookstore. You can order online or visit the shop at 505 East. Grand Avenue, Suite #102.
- Hours: Monday through Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sunday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Black-Owned Bookstore
- Marcus Books: As the nation's oldest Black-owned independent bookstore celebrating its 60th year, Marcus Books’ mission is to provide opportunities for Black folks and their allies to celebrate and learn about Black people everywhere. Order online or call 510-652-2344 to order over the phone. Allow at least one week for shipping.
