What Loaned Executives Do?

Loaned Executives bring their expertise to:

Organize and manage workplace campaigns – Help companies run effective campaigns that inspire generosity.
Engage employees – Share how United Way multiplies local impact and empower employees to get involved.
Set and track goals – Collaborate with Employee Campaign Chairs to establish and achieve campaign goals.
Motivate and support– Provide guidance to Employee Campaign Chairs through every step of the campaign.
Coordinate events – Plan nonprofit tours, speaker sessions, and campaign rallies to energize participants.

How do Participants Benefit?

For companies, participation strengthens corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts while investing in employees’ growth.

For employees, the Loaned Executive program delivers invaluable professional development:

Leadership training in sales, public speaking, time management, and problem-solving.
Enhanced communication, organizational, and managerial skills.
Greater understanding of community needs and the programs addressing them.
Expanded business networks.

Ready to Get Involved?

Join the Loaned Executive program and help us build a stronger, more connected community.

Full-time Loaned Executive: Dedicate an employee full-time to the program.
Part-time Loaned Executive: Participate with a reduced time commitment.
Sponsorship: If staffing isn’t feasible, sponsor a Loaned Executive to support the program’s success.
