On Tuesday, September 12, more than 4,500 volunteers from local companies and organizations volunteered their time to make an impact on the community.

Over the past 24 years, United Way of Central Iowa has organized this massive, one-day volunteer event to promote employee engagement, raise awareness about community issues, and benefit central Iowans who need our help.

These volunteers helped lead the fight for the health, education, and financial stability of all central Iowans. Beacuse of their generosity and hard work, United Way and our funded programs are better able to serve our neighbors and reach our Goals for 2020—making sure that students graduate high school, families are financially stable, and all central Iowans live successful lives.

Thank you to everyone who participated!
