What to Expect from On-Site Volunteer Experiences

Each Managed Corporate Project begins with a presentation from a UWCI staff member, providing context about the cause, the beneficiaries, and the anticipated impact. We guide participants through the volunteer activity with detailed instructions, ensuring they feel connected to the cause. After the project, our team facilitates a debrief, helping employees reflect on their experience and explore additional ways to get involved in their community.

Kit Builds: A Hands-On Way to Give Back

In addition to onsite projects, Managed Corporate Projects also includes kit builds—an easy and impactful way for teams to contribute to important community initiatives. We handle all aspects of the kit build, from purchasing supplies to transportation and delivery. Our team will guide your employees throughout the event, explaining the significance of the project and its impact.

Pricing is based on your group’s needs, and we ask for a 6-week notice for projects scheduled from June to November, or a 4-week notice for projects from December to May. Literacy Kits are available year-round, while Hygiene Kits, Snack Packs, and Birthday Bags are evaluated quarterly due to community needs and may not always be available.
