According to the Gallup National Health and Well-Being Index, two out of three central Iowans struggle with purpose and only about 50 percent can identify a leader who makes them feel enthusiastic about the future. Our goal is to change that.
Purpose is also important in the workplace. Organizations, just like individuals, have their own unique purpose, so it’s important for business and nonprofit leaders to identify and share what that is in order to create better engagement with employees, stakeholders and clients/customers.
As an immigrant who grew up between two cultures and mixed messages, the familiarity Erik Dominguez has with speaking fears fueled him to learn and share the tools to overcome those obstacles. For nearly 25 years, Erik's team-oriented speaking and teaching style has centered around shared experiences, a philosophy that everyone has a unique story, and a belief that everyone can share their minds and hearts through powerful presentations.

Understanding purpose comes from identifying what motivates us, what makes us happy, and what we need in order to help us feel important and valued. In fact, our purpose can often change, shifting as circumstances around us shift and as time goes by.
